Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window on all new BlowMe AI subscriptions with the following conditions:

  • You may process up to 1 video (one AI clip job) to test the service.
  • If you have processed more than 1 video, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

This policy is in place because every AI video processed incurs real compute costs that cannot be recovered.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following are true:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or renewal.
  • You have processed no more than 1 video (1 AI clip job).
  • The request is based on a valid reason (e.g., technical malfunction, service not working as expected, or major issue on our side).
  • Your account is in good standing (no violation of Terms of Service).

Change of mind, "didn't like the interface", or any similar reason will not qualify for a refund.

Cases Where Refund May Still Be Considered

Even if you have processed more than 1 video, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion in cases of clear technical failure on our end (e.g., service was down for a significant portion of your subscription period or major bugs prevented normal use). Such requests must be submitted within 7 days with proper details.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Whop.com. Refunds are issued through Whop in accordance with Whop's Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds are not offered.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund by:

  1. Going to whop.com/orders, finding your order with the purchase email, and requesting a refund there, OR
  2. Emailing us at info@tuberisers.com with your order number/email and reason for refund.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or Whop account.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain access to any remaining credits until the period ends.
  • Cancellation is not a refund. It only stops future charges.

Renewals

Each new billing cycle (renewal) has its own independent 7-day refund window, subject to the same rules above (maximum 1 video processed).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions where more than 1 video has been processed.
  • Requests made after 7 days.
  • Add-on credit packs once any credits have been used.
  • Refunds requested for change of mind or non-technical reasons.

Statutory Rights

If the consumer protection laws in your country provide stronger refund rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
